Hello, I wanted to print this pattern but it will not let me? Anything I can do so I can? I would very much like to start on this one because it’s so adorable!!. Hope to hear something soon!
Hi,
I love this giraffe. It’s going to be a music box…
But are there instructions how to assemble the pieces, please??? I guessed for the eyes as I had to fasten the security eyes before stuffing and finishing the head. Now I find it rather hard to find the correct positions for the ears and horns. I’m not finished with arms and legs yet but expect the same difficulty…
Hope anyone can help… Thx
Love love love your giraffe! Found the pattern very easy to follow. Thank you so much for the free pattern💓

Is there a pattern for the beautiful scarf
IMG_3746.HEIC
I used variegated yarn instead of changing colors for stripes on the arms and legs- I love it! Thanks for such an easy, clear pattern!
I bought the pattern hoping that it would have the placement of the eyes, horns and ears. Could you tell me between what rows the eyes should be placed?
Thank you very much…its gorgeous 💜
Adorei este padrão! Estou crochetando e espero que fique bom….
Muito grata por compartilhar este lindo trabalho! 🙂
Qual o tamanho dela?
Hi this is such a lovely pattern. Thanks for sharing it for free. I am planning to use 8 ply. Please advise in amigurumi if I double the stitches all through the pattern, will that help to increase the size of the toy.
If you use thicker yarn, your toy will be bigger as well. You don’t need to double the stitches, it’s not recommended.
Hello
I don t understand how to assemble thé head to thé body ?
Thank you
wondering samething and placements of eyes
Oi Lindoso… Qual.li hás vc usou e qual o tamanho q ficou?
In what round can I place the eyes? Thanks
Trying to finish I see in the comments on how to assemble the Hearty Giraffe ,but I don’t see any thing on how to , is there anything on how or can you post something please
This is advertised as a free pattern, yet I am not able to access it. I love giraffes and want to make this for a friend, but I think it is unfair that it is advertised as “free” yet the only way to get it is to get a PDF.
Hi Kath 🙂 You can use online versions of the patterns for free on our website and mobile app. PDF version itself is not free. Because it takes a lot of time to prepare the patterns. So, in spite of this fact all people who can’t pay for PDF patterns can view them on the website and make wonderful toys. Hope for your understanding 🙂
I like it. Very kind and lovely….
Tanks for sharing this pattern for free
Hi, thanks for the pattern it’s amazing, but I have a Lil’ problem with how to assemble the part of the doll, can you help me?
Which problem?
Are these single crochets in US or UK terms?
US crochet terms
I am almost ready to assemble the giraffe. Is there a side view of the head you could send so I know where to place head and ears etc. Love this pattern! Can’t wait to have it all done
Hello! I translated your work into Italian language.

Can you please tell me the quantity of yarn in each colour is required. I’m using 4ply yarn cotton and acrylic mix.
Thank you so much for sharing this pattern. I crocheted one for my niece and my 13 year old daughter painstakingly assembled it. We all loved the outcome, especially more, the recipient.
Thank you! 💖🌹
Thank you so much for this pattern!
Can anyone help with the sewing it together instructions please
What kind of yarns that used for this giraffe? Can I used polyester? And how many yarns you need to make the body?
Thank you
Hi Rini 🙂 This is fine (4 ply) semi-cotton yarn.
Great and so easy to do the best part for me was joining the head to the neck worked out perfect 😊
Hi, can you tell me the instructions for the scarf?
Thanks.
Hi:
I am having a real problem with the heart…rows 14 through 22 of the body….This is my second attempt and it’s just not lining up….
Hello, I wanted to thank you for such a cute (and free) pattern! It was easy to understand and it was really fun to make for my friend’s daughter as her birthday is coming up. I also wanted to show you what I ended up with since I changed the color scheme and added a border around the heart: https://www.ravelry.com/projects/irisamiller/hearty-giraffe-by-amigurumi-today
The only “trouble” I had was with the placement of the head, as I think she’s looking too far up (I lined up the back of the head with the top of the neck), but since I am planning on making a giraffe for myself later, I can certainly make sure she’s looking more “towards the front” then up 🙂
Thank you again! <3
Thank you to much for these pattern. I buy on shop Amirurumi Today, i’ts cute! I leave in Paris, France, Europe!
Merci beaucoup, Brigitte! 🌹
Do you have a picture of the back of the head once it’s sewn onto to the body. I feel like the extra rows on the body will look like a flap on the back of the head?
Love your tutorial. I made the head…at what row do you add the eyes?
Thank you!
I really enjoyed making this lovely giraffe. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.
Thank you, Danielle!
Holaa cuanta lana lleva?? Soy nueva y aun no me hago una idea de cuanto lleva.. me encantaaa. Desde ya muchas gracias..
I have never made an amigrumi of any kind, just blanket/scarfs/hats…for 25 yrs! Would LOVE to make this. Is this considered easy to make? I’m not a beginner, but most definitely not advanced. TIA
Yes, it’s not difficult 🙂

Will patterns for the boy and girl giraffes, shown on FaceBook, be available soon?
Does the purchased pattern include the directions for the boy and girl giraffe, shown in the FaceBook post?
It doesn’t include those directions.
Will they become available?
A friend would like the boy, for her due next week, grandson.
I’m sure I can figure it out, but would prefer not to. 🙂
Is the sweater part of the body or is it a seperate piece?
How did you make the tie?
Hi,
I cant thank you enough for your website and patterns……free ones as well as the ones I am happily to pay for as the price is very reasonable and the instructions are extremely detailed.
I have just finished the Hearty Giraffe. I used Lily Sugar’n Cream 100% cotton…….which I think is 10ply. It has turned out brilliantly a lot bigger than the one in your photo, a perfect loveable Giraffe gift for a little 2 year old girl (in my case) or boy.
Hi Sharon 🙂 Thank you so much for your kind feedback! 🙂🌹❤

Hi Thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous pattern. I am up to the point where I need to join the head but am finding it hard to do. I see from previous replies that you say you put up pictures of the side and back of the giraffe, unfortunately I can’t find these pictures, would it be possible to direct me to the images so that I can see what it should look like?
