To crochet the mouse you need:

• Bulky chenille yarn Yarnart Dolce in brown 765 (2 skeins) and beige 771 (half a skein) colors
• Fine yarn Yarnart Jeans (160 m / 50 g; 55% cotton, 45% acrylic) in black and white colors
• 2.0 mm and 4.0 mm crochet hooks by Tulip
• 15×10 mm safety eyes
• Fiberfill
• Scissors and sewing needle

The finished crochet mouse is about 27 cm (10.6″) tall including ears. Pay attention, the size of your toy depends on yarn weight and hook size.

Abbreviations:
ch = chain
st = stitch
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 st in one st)
dec = decrease (2 st together)
sl st = slip stitch
hdc = half double crochet
(..) = repeat the instructions in brackets the given number of times
[..] = total number of stitches in a round/row

Crochet in continuous rounds, unless otherwise specified. Mark the beginning of each round with a stitch marker or a yarn scrap.

Arms (make 2):
Crochet with brown chenille yarn and 4.0 mm hook.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
Rnd 3-5: sc in all 12 st [12]
Rnd 6: (sc in next st, dec) repeat 4 times [8]
Rnd 7-17: sc in all 8 st [8]
Stuff the bottom part of the arm.
Flatten the edges and crochet sc in next 4 st through both layers, closing the hole. Fasten off and cut off the yarn.

Embroider 3 vertical lines on each hand using black semi-cotton yarn (see photo).
