To crochet this Gingerbread Man amigurumi you need:
- Fine semi-cotton tweed yarn in beige color
- Fine semi-cotton yarn in white, red and green colors
- 2.2 mm crochet hook
- 6 mm safety eyes or black beads
- Fiberfill for stuffing
- Sewing needle and scissors
The finished Gingerbread Man amigurumi is about 9 cm (3.5″) tall, if you use similar yarn and hook. The crochet pattern can also work well with the yarn of other weight, but the size of finished toy can be different.

The head, body and legs of this amigurumi gingerbread man are crocheted as one piece. They’re joined in the course of crocheting. Work in continuous rounds using a stitch marker.
Head:
Crochet with tweed beige yarn.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
Rnd 3: (sc in next st, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
Rnd 4: (sc in next 2 st, inc) repeat 6 times [24]
Rnd 5: (sc in next 3 st, inc) repeat 6 times [30]
Rnd 6: (sc in next 4 st, inc) repeat 6 times [36]
Rnd 7-11: sc in all 36 st [36]

Insert safety eyes between Rnd 9 and Rnd 10 (5 st in between the eyes).
