Eric Cartman is the most charismatic character in the animated television series South Park. This free amigurumi pattern is designed for all fans of the comic guy. Enjoy it!
Materials:
- Yarn of different colors of the same weight (YarnArt Jeans was used)
- 2 mm crochet hook
- Thick cardboard as a feet foundation (optional)
- Stuffing
- Tapestry needle for sewing parts together
- Sewing needle and thread
- Scissors
- Sewing pins

ch = chain
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 sc in one stitch)
dec = decrease (2 sc together)
sl st = slip stitch
Note: All parts are crocheted in spiral. Stuff the toy as you go.
Start crocheting from the head (beige color):
Rnd 1: 6 sc in a magic ring
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
Rnd 3: (sc in the next 1 st, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
Rnd 4: (sc in the next 2 st, inc) repeat 6 times [24]
Rnd 5: (sc in the next 3 st, inc) repeat 6 times [30]
Rnd 6: (sc in the next 4 st, inc) repeat 6 times [36]
Rnd 7: (sc in the next 5 st, inc) repeat 6 times [42]
Rnd 8: (sc in the next 6 st, inc) repeat 6 times [48]
Rnd 9: (sc in the next 7 st, inc) repeat 6 times [54]
Rnd 10: (sc in the next 8 st, inc) repeat 6 times [60]
Rnd 11-20 (10 rounds): sc in the next 60 st

Change to brown yarn and continue crocheting the legs:

Change to black yarn and continue crocheting legs:

Rnd 49: (sc in the next 8 st, inc) repeat 6 times [60]
Leave a long tail for sewing feet, cut off the yarn.
Crochet feet with black yarn (make 2):
Rnd 1: 5 sc in a magic ring
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 5 times sc in the next 10 st
Rnd 3: (sc in the next st, inc) repeat 5 times [15]
Rnd 4: (sc in the next 2 st, inc) repeat 5 times [20]
Rnd 5: (sc in the next 3 st, inc) repeat 5 times [25]
Rnd 6: (sc in the next 4 st, inc) repeat 5 times [30]
Rnd 7: (sc in the next 5 st, inc) repeat 5 times [35]
You get 2 circles. Put them together and sew with each other with five stitches. You get an eight-shape with 60 stitches in the perimeter.
Put this eight-shape on the cardboard and draw the shape, cut the shape a couple of millimeters less than the drawn one ( to fit the feet).

This was SUCH a most FUN pattern to crochet!! I was a little nervous about
getting the feet right, but they were so easy to make and sew to the body. I did
glue the “figure eight” bottoms to the cardboard which made the process of sewing
it to the body very easy. Thank you for a most wonderful, happy, easy to follow pattern.🤗
