Abbreviations:
ch = chain
st = stitch
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 sc in one st)
dec = decrease (2 sc together)
sl st = slip stitch
dc = double crochet
dc inc = 2 dc in one st
hdc = half double crochet
bo = bobble stitch
(..) = repeat the instructions in brackets the given number of times
[..] = total number of stitches

Arms (make 2):
Crochet with skin color yarn. Stuff as you go.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
Rnd 3: (sc in next 3 st, inc) repeat 3 times [15]
Rnd 4: sc in all 15 st [15]
Rnd 5: sc in next 7 st, bo in next st (consisting of 4 dc), sc in next 7 st [15]

How to crochet bobble stitch: the bobble stitch is a combination of several double crochet stitches in the same stitch, but when you work it, you leave each double crochet stitch incomplete without pulling through the last stitch. When you have all uncompleted dc loops on the hook, yarn over and pull through all of them. Make 1 ch.

Rnd 6-20: sc in all 15 st [15]
Change to dark blue yarn.
Rnd 21-25: sc in all 15 st [15]
Rnd 26: sc in next 6 st, dec, sc in next 7 st [14]
Fasten off and weave in the end.

    What is semi-cotton. Never heard of it. Could I use a cotton polyester blend.

    I have made Many of Your patterns, Including several from the “advance” category but I have to say this pattern is the one that gave Me the hardest time and a huge headache! I wish there had been a “tutorial” for it because I ripped out the joining arms and legs I do not even know how many times!!!!! They kept coming out backwards, sideways and every which way EXCEPT the way the were supposed to be!!!!! I wished they had been sewn separately instead of the way it was done on here. I had planned on making 2 of them but after all the trouble I had with attacking the arms and legs, this is the ONLY ONE I will be making!!!! I really think that a tutorial would have helped alot! I still plan on making a lot more of your patterns but I hope I do NOT have to go through what I did with this one?
