To crochet the raccoon you will need:

  • Grey, white and black yarn for the raccoon’s body
  • Yarn for the scarf of any colour you wish
  • Some brown yarn for cookie
  • 2.0 mm crochet hook
  • Stuffing
  • Safety eyes or beads

Abbreviations:
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dec = decrease
inc = increase

Arms (make 2) with grey yarn
Rnd 1: 4 sc in a magic ring
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 4 times [8]
Rnd 3-14: sc in all 8 st [8]
Rnd 15: Fold in half and crochet 4 sc through both layers. Stuff not very tightly till the middle.
Fasten off and cut the yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.
