Would you mind sharing what yarn brand you used please? I’ve never made anything like this & I’m only a so-so crocheter. But I desperately want to try to make this cutie, even if it takes me forever. But I want to take it slow & exactly as you have done it.
    Thanks!

I’m not the author but the yarn I used was “mini maker” yarn bee acrylic yarn from Hobby Lobby, (they are $1 each) I got one of each color except for blue-I got two, and I used a size 2.25 mm hook.

I am trying to download the Free Paco the Peacock crochet pattern without success. I either get directed to a PayPay option or to a download and install a zip file program. I am not very computer literate. Thia zip file option mentions subscription does this mean I can only get the pattern by agreeing to pay an annual fee – if so the pattern is not free. so how do I get this free pattern? Florence

    Hallo,
Ik kom er niet uit hoe ik de staart aan de achterkant van het lijf moet naaien met onzichtbare steken.
Kunt u mij dit uitleggen eventueel met foto’s of filmpje?
Verder ben ik supertevreden over het patroon!
    Alvast bedankt 🙂

    groetjes Lydia Bruijnen

Beautiful pattern, although I’m having trouble understanding the directions for the feet. I don’t seem to have problems with the main patterns, however attaching the pieces is difficult, trying to sew them on in the right places and in the right way so it looks right. Do you have videos on the attaching process?
Also, I’m using 100% acrylic Mira handcrafts and US hook # 2
For some reason the conversion charts vary.
My peacock measures a little bigger than your measurements. My grand daughter likes the smaller animals. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
